Is the price $125/hr per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. Whether it's 1 or 6 passengers, the rate is the same $125/hr for the vehicle.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — 2 hours minimum ($250) for all services. Airport transfers also count as 2 hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see in the app is the total: base fare + 27.5% platform fee + any add-ons you choose. Taxes included.
Do you serve all of Metro Vancouver?
Yes — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, and more.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Secure, encrypted payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the scheduled ride. After that, a 50% fee applies.
